His Excellency Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak
His Excellency Khaldoon Al Mubarak is the Chairman of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation’s Board of Directors. Mr. Al Mubarak brings a high-level of strategic leadership from his wide experience in industry and government within Abu Dhabi, the UAE and internationally.
His Excellency is a member of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi and the Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority of the Government of Abu Dhabi. His leadership provides strategic policy advice to the Chairman of Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. He is also Group CEO and Managing Director of Mubadala Development Company, Chairman of Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA), a Board member of First Gulf Bank and a board member of the Abu Dhabi Supreme Petroleum Council.
He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Tufts University, Boston (USA).
